GBWorst letting agent - do not use I was emailed and asked to book a viewing for the property, which I did. Given a time and date of today at 10am. My poor partner spent over an hour trying to get to the property because of the roadworks, and when he got there no on answered. He was attending in my place as I currently supposed to be sleeping ( nightshift nurse). I phone and ask what's going on and get told, there is no bookings, even though it was the same gentlemen that booked me in at 10am. Incredibly poor service, if that's the poor management of a viewing I would hate to actually rent with them

EGNIGHTMARE!! NIGHTMARE!!! Very vulgar and aggressive in demanding viewings etc. Also threatened to escalate matters for a one time late rent (only 2 days late) . Also attempted to make tenants pay for living room repaint with their excuse "tenants used blu tack" which was proved by tenants that it existed before moving in. Also had to fight for deposit back and they wouldn't release saying a proof of Scottish Power balance payment isn't enough , just trying to make your life miserable. Zero respect for this agency. Awful, Never again!

Criminals & Scammers The worst renting company I've been through by a long stretch. Calling them awful would be far from reality: the agents, especially one named Ross, have no communication whatsoever with the landlords and get easily & unnecessarily angry regarding contract cancellations for let properties. The property we rented had sewage (human waste right under our bedroom windows), humidity & pest infestation problems which we uncovered after moving in. Avoid like the plague! Good riddance to these thieves and liars.

GBIncompetent Had a long tenancy with this group (10+ years). In that time they have performed a total of 3 repairs, despite having reported over 15 things which needed repairing. I ended up just repairing/replacing most things myself during the time. They claim to have no recollection of a pet deposit (£250), and upon moving out, are surprised that some things need repairing/replacing despite these having been reported or well within reasonable wear and tear given the length of stay. Left because they failed to repair 2 things which are considered major risks (and illegal to leave). They additionally purchased the property from the landlord without informing me, causing a bunch of problems (and fines) with the council. They have been bordering on incompetent and money hungry for my entire tenancy, and if finding somewhere else which allowed dogs had been easier I wouldn’t have stayed with them nearly as long. Can’t suggest strongly enough that folk avoid if they have any other feasible option.
