Businesses may register to claim and manage their profiles. By claiming a profile, the business confirms it is an authorized representative.

Trustify360 may request verification documents to confirm ownership or authorization. Businesses agree not to manipulate or post fake reviews to influence public perception.

7. Platform Integrity

We strive to maintain the accuracy and authenticity of reviews. Trustify360 employs automated systems, manual moderation, and user reports to detect suspicious activity. Any misuse of the platform — such as fake reviews, multiple account creation, or interference with others’ experiences — may lead to account termination or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property
