Criminals & Scammers The worst renting company I've been through by a long stretch. Calling them awful would be far from reality: the agents, especially one named Ross, have no communication whatsoever with the landlords and get easily & unnecessarily angry regarding contract cancellations for let properties. The property we rented had sewage (human waste right under our bedroom windows), humidity & pest infestation problems which we uncovered after moving in. Avoid like the plague! Good riddance to these thieves and liars.

Edinburgh Zone Letting - Avoid Edinburgh - Zone Letting. Really poor, slow service. We made multiple requests for work to be done (including unblocking a drain which was blocked before we arrived) and they never did anything about it. Also incurred excessive cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy - despite cleaning the property before departing.

All responses were prompt and issues fixed with a very short time period. Zone Letting, you deserve 5 stars and my recommendation.

A letting agent who will ask you to… A letting agent who will ask you to transfer full deposit to secure a property before you sign a tenancy agreement which against the law in Scotland. The staff are very rude, unprofessional and arguing on the phone to keep your deposit until up to 28 days. I dealt with couples of letting agent in Scotland and none of them asked full deposit to secure a property. Their lack of communication is mental after transferring that full deposit to secure the property. Such a dodgy practice and pls avoid them at all costs.

Unhelpful conniving thieves DO not go with this company. I have had the worst experience, rented a flat for 2 years, had a leak which was not fixed for over 1 and a half years, the balcony was deemed unsafe when we moved in and was never fixed the entire residency. They then had the audacity to try and charge us for this. They also gave us incorrect move out details, so we moved out a week early, and instead of being held accountable for their mistake, they came back after we had moved out and charged us an extra weeks rent including council tax, and electricity bills for a property that we had evacuated as per the checkout email. Unhelpful, conniving thieves.
