GBHas been an awful experience Has been an awful experience from the very beginning. Was promised they’d send a $1,500 promo credit by the initial sales rep. So I tell them to send it to our IRS address. Then they claim I have to jump through more hoops in a set time frame and they won’t just issue the promised check or they don’t have to pay it. Then an employee opted out 6 weeks ago and they tell me I have to keep manually removing deductions. But their integration won’t let me zero out the employer match so they now have over $500 that they refuse to help get refunded and they keep taking more. First “customer relationship manager” had no number and took several days to reply. Hold times for admin or employees was frustratingly long. There’s a discrepancy in the bank statement for what should’ve been drawn, so our books aren’t balanced. The new rep for our account answers by email eventually but their phone number just plays music and no one answers. Not even sure if it rings. Can’t leave a voicemail. Overall, STAY AWAY! I’m going to have to hire a lawyer to get the money back that they’re holding in a closed account and for the promo money we are owed. Use literally anyone else.

TJAlarmed and concerned for my 401K No Stars! My company just enrolled in Human Interest. I wish they had done their homework. Rollover checks are cashed by HI, yet the money instead of getting deposited into user account, is kept elsewhere for several weeks. Instead of being invested and growing for the account owner, it may be earning short term interest for someone else in this company. Member account balance and plan performance dashboard stats do not make sense. They claim earnings and positive performance percentage, yet your actual cash balance can be LOWER than amount you contributed into your account. Suspicious. I do not like what I see. I wish I never enrolled, and did not rollover funds from my prior company plan. I suspect when I leave Human Interest I may end up with less money in my 401K then my contribution, as this company may be doing with members funds something other than investing and compounding retirement funds to benefit its plan participants. I hope someone audits how HI operates.

GBWorst Customer service ever Worst Customer service ever. Did a rollover from my previous employer. It has been weeks and it has not cleared, no status update. When you call you have to wait for almost one (1) hour to reach someone.

GBAvoid - Terrible Costumer support- Cannot provide answers to problems After a great presentation from the Sales Rep of H.I , I decided to switch our Simple IRA plan to a 401K with H.I. What a mistake, The onboarding was terrible; no one contact me on how to start the plan, and no one did the presentation to my employees about the benefits of the plan. I was doing the contributions manually by uploading the excell to the website and everything was working fine, but after I asked to switch to automatic contributions from our payroll system. H.I have not been able to post contributions more more than a month. You cannot reach anyone at their customer service and the assigned manager left on vacation, the manager does respond to emails. My recommendation, avoid this company at all costs.

GBNegative Stars if Possible! Zero stars! Run! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Onboarding is useless and my trainer had no clue what he was talking about. Transferred $14k and it's been MIA for 3 mths. Made promises during sign up that they refused to keep and I battled for over a mth. We send funds and 2 months later they are still not deposited in 401k and show pending. New people signup and they don't communicate with our payroll company to deduct those funds, so they go mths without a deposit until I happen to notice it. Sent out onboarding to entire company without even telling me they were and what they sent had the wrong match %. Constantly sending invites to signup to employees that aren't eligible. Impossible to responses from anyone, even the managers. I cannot leave this company fast enough. There is so much more I could share.
