Human Interest will offer you cash back… Human Interest will offer you cash back bonuses in exchange for signing up, and then never deliver on those promises. Not only that, their account managers will not respond to you for months despite you continuing to pay for their services. What a scam

Signed up with Human Interest a month… Signed up with Human Interest a month ago, and contributions are still not processed. I've reached out to customer service several times. They take days/weeks to respond. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Ridiculously slow!

Worst Customer service ever Worst Customer service ever. Did a rollover from my previous employer. It has been weeks and it has not cleared, no status update. When you call you have to wait for almost one (1) hour to reach someone.

Our company recently switched to Human… Our company recently switched to Human Interest and its the worst customer service I’ve experienced in 20 years. No response or have to follow up multiple times. One time I finally talked to someone and it sounded like he was walking outside eating his lunch. Completely unacceptable and would stay away from using them.
