They gave me a closing date and worked quickly to gather all the right documents to help me prepare for the closing on time. Nothing but the highest praise for Mike and his team! Mike has helped me through 2 mortgages and a refinancing now. His communication is so fast and thorough and gives me great peace of mind that he's working hard for me! Good at first, but didn't deliver Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.
