It was the worst experience of my life It was the worst experience of my life. I am hoping it is government regulations which made it so bad. Every time I provided some information, 10 more pieces were needed. They know more about me than I know about myself after having to provide that much information. They told some people in was working with that it was "like pulling teeth" to get information from me. That was because I didnt have it in my back pocket. They were pushy and contacted my accountant and insurance agent for information without my permission. It was horrible!

When I had a question, somebody was always willing and ready to help me. We closed escrow on time and there were no hidden costs sprung on us at the end as I have experienced with other lenders in the past.
