Exceptional!! Evans took care of absolutely every single thing giving the extra mile to help us getting a lower price on the HOl. He worked so fast and so hard on our loan! He responded every single email and phone call and explained everything very well plus he showed up at closing! Amazing service! He and Jessica made our experience the best!!

Good at first, but didn't deliver Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.

Mortgage Overall we had a very positive experience, the team communicated when something additional was required. We had some tight timelines but were able to get everything completed to close on time.

Nothing but the highest praise for Mike and his team! Mike has helped me through 2 mortgages and a refinancing now. His communication is so fast and thorough and gives me great peace of mind that he's working hard for me!
