I don't think Summit wants my Money! I wish they would have told me this upfront. The arrogance is strong in this company. Customer service is nonexistent with the agent we worked with and from my research, it's the culture with all Mortgage agents that work for Summit. I did secure the loan with Summit, however, it was not with drama and threats. Remember we are the customer. If Summit does not want our money then we will look to another mortgage lender who will be happy to treat us like customers and with respect.

Good at first, but didn't deliver Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.

Don’t use them!!! Next to dealing with Bank of America Summit Mortgage is the worst. Their communication is next to nothing. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get them to understand that I never had a lapse in my mortgage insurance coverage. The policy was mailed/faxed/emailed and uploaded and keep playing games saying it has not been received. They also calculated my property taxes wrong and now my escrow account is short. I wish the mortgage rates would gone down I would change companies. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

We are very satisfied with Summit … We are very satisfied with Summit Mortgage! The two loan officers who helped us, Mark McCabe and Leah Dearborn were an absolute pleasure to work with, they were professional, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!

John Yeager and his staff were … John Yeager and his staff were completely professional and polite during the home loan process. When I had a question, somebody was always willing and ready to help me. We closed escrow on time and there were no hidden costs sprung on us at the end as I have experienced with other lenders in the past. I highly recommend Summit Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan.
