Don’t use them!!! Next to dealing with Bank of America Summit Mortgage is the worst. Their communication is next to nothing. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get them to understand that I never had a lapse in my mortgage insurance coverage. The policy was mailed/faxed/emailed and uploaded and keep playing games saying it has not been received. They also calculated my property taxes wrong and now my escrow account is short. I wish the mortgage rates would gone down I would change companies. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

Nothing but the highest praise for Mike and his team! Mike has helped me through 2 mortgages and a refinancing now. His communication is so fast and thorough and gives me great peace of mind that he's working hard for me! When I had a question, somebody was always willing and ready to help me. We closed escrow on time and there were no hidden costs sprung on us at the end as I have experienced with other lenders in the past.
