GBCustomer Service, not good Products are awesome, customer service is not good. No phone number, what is up with that? Ordered filters for water fountain two weeks ago never came. Emailed customer service to find out the package was lost. I am now out of filters making my product useless. I asked for free overnight shipping since it is their issue only to be told I will have the package in 3-8 days. Great I was told that about the first package. I have spent a lot money with this company on feeders and fountain. I guess once you have purchased the product, they don't care about their customers.

GBMy original negative review was deleted...DON'T BUY FROM PETLIBRO This is a dishonest company and their return guarantee is fake. I reported them to Instagram in response to their survey about my experience. Seems I'm not the only one with concerns. Also, the positive reviews on here aren't the same ones I read when I first bought from them. Petlibro finally responded to my 5 emails after I left the negative review below. I was emailed a return label and I sent the fountain back. USPS tracking shows the package was delivered 11 days ago. No confirmation of receipt was given and no refund has been processed. Once again my multiple emails asking for an update are unanswered. Protect yourself and buy elsewhere. Deceptive company practices - buyer beware (original review from 7/8/2021) I purchased this fountain 22 days ago directly from Petlibro. My cats are scared of it so I have no choice but to return it. I'm well within the 30-day return window and everything is in its original packaging, down to every little plastic bag it came in. Unfortunately, I'm getting no response to the two emails I've sent requesting a return. The company sent several follow-up emails after my purchase and now suddenly they're unreachable in spite of their 30 days money back guarantee. If you were thinking of giving this a try to see if your pets take to it look elsewhere because they will drag their feet in responding until the 30 days pass. I will be taking this up with my credit card.

GBProduct malfunctioned and received customer service We bought a Petlibro Granary automatic feeder for our cats at the beginning of last summer from Amazon. A couple of months ago the audio gave out and sounded like terrible static, which our cats did not like. I contacted customer service about this issue and how it was covered under the warranty. They made this process very difficult, they would suggest one very involved “troubleshooting” step in each email and imply they would then send a replacement unit, only to ask us to perform another troubleshooting step in the email. We complied and sent evidence of the persistent issue, and after about 5 back and forth emails, they said they would finally be sending a replacement unit and had the audacity to send a PART of the device, so we had to disassemble the whole unit to install the replacement part. Bad customer service and doesn’t give us much faith in the products, would recommend finding a more customer-focused automatic feeder brand.

GBI just love this product I just love this product. It’s solid, well-made and arrived quickly (3 business days). It was relatively straight-forward to set up, and the app is pretty intuitive. Having gps and Wi-Fi catfaps, this completes my cat tech collection! In a multi cat household things get crazy at feeding time. This is one bit of those meals now managed, and it’s easy to adjust how much they’re getting on the fly - whether you’re there or away. Fantastic product. I got the camera model (two of them), which I kind of feel is needed to check whether the amounts being delivered are right. And of course it’s fun to see snapshots of your pets snacking. :)

GBOverall great fountain, but a couple design tweaks would make it perfect! Overall, we are very happy with this water fountain and I would have given it 5 stars except for two design issues. The first is the lack of ease in opening it up. Once the lid is pressed into place creating the proper suction for the pump, it's difficult to get a good grip to open it. I've tried not pushing the top down too much but then the flow seems a bit low. Mainly we use a butter knife to pry it up. So if some type of handle could be included in the design, that would be very helpful. The second request would be to have a glass see-through window in order to see exactly how much water is left in the reservoir. I've had a couple close calls with water getting almost below the pump. If those changes were made, this would be an ideal cat fountain as far as we're concerned!
