PLAF005 Automatic Cat Feeder Poor Quality Purchased PLAF005 from Amazon, worked perfectly for 14 months in one position, then went into continuous alarm with error code E-00. Support went though a number of things including me to source another power supply, no difference. Support offer to replace inside the 12 months but after the year the most you will get is a 20% refund for a completely non working product. Upon investigation, poor quality electronics as resistor had come away from control board, expensive item for one years use.

Petlibro wireless water fountain Recently I bought a wireless water fountain. The product looks nice, but unfortunately does not fit its purpose. If you want to use the wireless function, the water does not run, just runs based on motion, which puts my cats out. Tried to return the item, but I was out of the 30 days and I was in the process of trying to teach the cats to use it. Dispite the issue, the customer service was very good. They sent a request to see if the product can be improved and also offered 30% off due the fact that they cannot refund entirely. I found it a good gesture. Not what I want as a product (pretty but not fit to its purpose).... but reasonable response and attitude.

The fountain only worked for half year and dead. And the feeder changes the setting time itself so I have to change the time every couple days. The recorder has noise too. And the food doesn’t come out the same quantity. I really love their appearance design but they are absolutely not worthy.

Love this idea and well made toy Love this idea and well made toy! I've had this for a few weeks but just recently unpacked it. My 6 yr old cat hasn't spent much time with it yet but is intrigued with this speedy little mouse. Reminds me of my robotic vacuum: areas need to be blocked off to allow the mouse to roam freely without too many obstacles which it handles well enough until it goes under my TV console where there are cords. I just need to resolve those tricky spots. Great toy.

works great… I purchased through the petlibro website and it was easy and user friendly. My products came quickly, nicely packaged. The water capsule fountain set up was a breeze. I YouTubed the automatic cat feeder and so the setup for that was easy too. Everything is working great and I recommend these products.
