They made me wait two weeks for a payout just to say my account hit max daily drawdown when I haven’t traded on it due to the fact that I was waiting for a payout. I highly recommend stay clear from this firm. Unless you like wasting time.

WAITING 1 WEEK AND STILL NOTHING Hi, I have been here for about a week and nothing has happened. Their policy states that payouts should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but as of right now, nothing has happened. Why is this so bad? Do they know how many accounts I have blown? All that hard work for nothing, shame on you, 1of1. and in their chat stated that they will respond within 30 minutes. I texted them, but it has been hours, and nothing has appeared to be known. They don't want to reply, and I'm not sure how to express how disappointed I am right now.

I truly trust in the people behind 1of1to be client oriented and only provide the best in the prop firm space. I had a log-in issue when I first got started, and they responded to my email in les than 3 minutes. They have that level of customer service. Truly recommended!

Worked very well until payout Worked very well until payout. Took over a week with no customer support replies or help. The update speed between broker and dashboard is also slow. Seems like there isn’t enough employees and the current ones are overworked.
