XKWAITING 1 WEEK AND STILL NOTHING Hi, I have been here for about a week and nothing has happened. Their policy states that payouts should be processed within 24 to 48 hours, but as of right now, nothing has happened. Why is this so bad? Do they know how many accounts I have blown? All that hard work for nothing, shame on you, 1of1. and in their chat stated that they will respond within 30 minutes. I texted them, but it has been hours, and nothing has appeared to be known. They don't want to reply, and I'm not sure how to express how disappointed I am right now.

Also my trades are disabled and it’s two brand new accounts I’ve had credentials for

NOThis is IT Due to the the drama in the prop firm space its reasonable to become critical towards the prop firms currently doing business with traders, but i can wholeheartedly say that 1of1 funding is the most solid choice if you decide to enter the prop firm world. Payout are lightning fast. The challenges are reasonable. They use actual brokers. They are honest about how the prop firm industry work. Customer service is outstanding. This will be my go to prop firm, and i will recommend it to everyone who wants to give this type of trading a choice. It would be interesting to see if they will provide business opportunities to solid traders in the future, such as a-book accounts and such. There is no doubt 1of1 will rule the space in the future.

GBSupport team were excellent Support team were excellent, writing this whilst taking a poop but Shout out to Mark, Wilhem and William, snappy responses. You’d think on a Sunday youd have to wait till Monday for a reply, but they got back to me within a couple minutes of sending an email. Due to oneofone changing their broker they had to migrate all existing accounts on to the new broker, oneofone made this easy and seamless, was quite worried at first can’t lie. But the support team kept in touch and they had relieved any stress I had, now I’ve got my accounts ready to trade when market opens, legoooo. Oneofone ON TOP
