CASlow chat response time have a 50k funded account that was cancelled due to daily drawdown. DD was 3000 and i lost 2200. they wrongfully cancelled the account. after 2 days of constant messages to 5 different team members, the account is live again... thankfully. chat support is slow and the do not put much effort into their message but the problem was fixed. hopefully taking a payout does not bring me any more issues. will update when payout is recieved.

NGA+ prop firm One of one customer service truly needs to be improved on, but from my experience so far, they seem legit, though i had some difficulties with my purchase, it was resolved.

GBSupport team were excellent Support team were excellent, writing this whilst taking a poop but Shout out to Mark, Wilhem and William, snappy responses. You’d think on a Sunday youd have to wait till Monday for a reply, but they got back to me within a couple minutes of sending an email. Due to oneofone changing their broker they had to migrate all existing accounts on to the new broker, oneofone made this easy and seamless, was quite worried at first can’t lie. But the support team kept in touch and they had relieved any stress I had, now I’ve got my accounts ready to trade when market opens, legoooo. Oneofone ON TOP

CAI bought a 15K challenge… SCAM? I bought a 15K challenge and one day later my account was desactived and I contacted the support and they aint do nothing, they told me to send the numero of my account then I sent him 3X and it seems like they dont want to fix the problem, I waited 10 days and nothing hapened so maybe this is a scam or they are just incompetent

GBSlow support team I’ve traded with them before I’ve been waiting over a week for anyone to sort out my account as for some reason it says “other” on the account status but no one’s getting back to me anyone else has this problem? Also my trades are disabled and it’s two brand new accounts I’ve had credentials for
