Aidan has helped answer both queries over the last 2 days and he has been replying relatively quickly. CHWorked very well until payout Worked very well until payout. Took over a week with no customer support replies or help. The update speed between broker and dashboard is also slow. Seems like there isn’t enough employees and the current ones are overworked.

You’d think on a Sunday youd have to wait till Monday for a reply, but they got back to me within a couple minutes of sending an email. Due to oneofone changing their broker they had to migrate all existing accounts on to the new broker, oneofone made this easy and seamless, was quite worried at first can’t lie.
