GBFirst time real estate investor here… First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!

GBThey find lending solutions Many of the local banks are not lending for residential rental properties. The loan guys worked with me and never gave up. They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

GBSlightly above average service Michael was nice but made some promises and gave us incorrect information multiple times . Also increased interest APR on us last minute right before closing. The loan process took way longer than promised. Besides that it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst. Average lender and tactics

When I had any questions or concerns he always answered me and didn't beat around the bush. Nate and Loanguys worked with my situation and got me closed.
