GBInitially when I spoke to my loan… Initially when I spoke to my loan officer I was quoted a 14 day time frame as well as a specific interest rate ( below my current rate of 5%). After several weeks of going back and forth loan docs were completed 30 days later. At signing not only was my rate a lot higher but I was also charged $10k in closing, origination and misc fee's to write this loan. Had I not been in a situation that the cash out was already committed to another investment I would never have gone through with the loan. Not a very professional way to conduct business

GBThey find lending solutions Many of the local banks are not lending for residential rental properties. The loan guys worked with me and never gave up. They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

MVThee worst company on Earth Thee worst company on the face of the Earth! Don't do it! Worst 6 Months of my life. So much time and money wasted. The positive reviews are fake.. As you see they are are within the last year or so. Don't know how they are legally still in business with their practices. Find another company. Go to LIMAONE or KIAVI. That's what I had to do to get my remaining properties refinanced, They'll give you rates and stick to them Unlike Loan guys. I lost an EMD dealing with these scammers. With them My closing was pushed back 4 months and I was given about 7 different rate sheets after they locked and I payed about $2000 in appraisals and they used they to their advantage. And the rates just kept changing and changing at closing my rate was TWO POINTS higher than what was given post being approved, Again, DONT DO IT. I'm trying to tell you.
