They were easy to work with and gave guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend using them in this economic climate. While other banks find ways to deny loans, they work to get you approved.

GBFirst time real estate investor here… First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!

GBWorst loan experience ever The website advertises 12-14 day closing times for loans. My loan took almost 60 days to close and the delays were not caused by me. There was no communication that was truthful. It was so bad we almost lost our property because the sellers wanted to back out. Be very careful. UPDATE: The response from LoanGuys is simply another lie. I have copies of emails from the title company begging for information to finalize everything for the closing that went unanswered or were delayed by loanguys.
