Worst loan experience ever The website advertises 12-14 day closing times for loans. My loan took almost 60 days to close and the delays were not caused by me. There was no communication that was truthful. It was so bad we almost lost our property because the sellers wanted to back out. Be very careful. UPDATE: The response from LoanGuys is simply another lie. I have copies of emails from the title company begging for information to finalize everything for the closing that went unanswered or were delayed by loanguys.

As you see they are are within the last year or so. Don't know how they are legally still in business with their practices. Find another company. Go to LIMAONE or KIAVI. That's what I had to do to get my remaining properties refinanced, They'll give you rates and stick to them Unlike Loan guys. I lost an EMD dealing with these scammers. With them My closing was pushed back 4 months and I was given about 7 different rate sheets after they locked and I payed about $2000 in appraisals and they used they to their advantage. And the rates just kept changing and changing at closing my rate was TWO POINTS higher than what was given post being approved, Again, DONT DO IT. I'm trying to tell you.
