When I had any questions or concerns he always answered me and didn't beat around the bush. Nate and Loanguys worked with my situation and got me closed. I have another project in the works and I will be reaching out to them to get me financed. Great experience.

Thee worst company on Earth Thee worst company on the face of the Earth! Don't do it! Worst 6 Months of my life. So much time and money wasted. The positive reviews are fake.. As you see they are are within the last year or so. Don't know how they are legally still in business with their practices. Find another company. Go to LIMAONE or KIAVI. That's what I had to do to get my remaining properties refinanced, They'll give you rates and stick to them Unlike Loan guys. I lost an EMD dealing with these scammers. With them My closing was pushed back 4 months and I was given about 7 different rate sheets after they locked and I payed about $2000 in appraisals and they used they to their advantage. And the rates just kept changing and changing at closing my rate was TWO POINTS higher than what was given post being approved, Again, DONT DO IT. I'm trying to tell you.

First time real estate investor here… First time real estate investor here and I was so fortunate to have found Henry and his team Susan and Matthew who came through for me on DSCR loan last minute and got my loan funded and closed in 6 weeks (would have been 5 but closing date was on thanksgiving so it was delayed by a week)! The process so was much smoother than a previous lender I was under contract with who was giving me the run around and ultimately wasted my time and money. I will definitely use Henry on all my loans moving forward because he’s very upfront and honest and that’s hard to find. Definitely recommend!!
