The service I received from Mark Kim… The service I received from Mark Kim was above and beyond any lending officer I have ever experienced. We were working on a couple of solutions he had available. I decided on one, and started filling out the application. All I needed to do was provide some documents for underwriting the following day. Then my mothers health took a scary turn for the worse. Upon learning of my mothers health issue he completely understood. He offered a sincere well wishes for her & I. He simply asked me to keep him informed with how things were going. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated him not bothering me with finishing the plan we started. The respect and professionalism he showed me is why I was reaching back out to him. I let him know I wasn’t interested in losing my current interest rate. This allowed him share a new program he could offer me without doing anything to my current mortgage. He found the prefect program to help me and my major stress, credit card debt. He took the time to actually talk to me & truly learned all about me, my kids, and the reason behind my debit. He ask if I could send him pictures of the landscaping improvements.

I had to pay a $500 deposit which I was… I had to pay a $500 deposit which I was told would be refunded after we close on our loan. We closed 2 weeks ago and now I’m getting the runaround about the refund on the $500 deposit. This is very disappointing. I regret doing business with AmeriSave.
