I would also like to thank Shannon Green for taking the time to explain the loan process in great detail. I was always able to get prompt replies to any questions that I had from either of these two wonderful people. There were no surprises and everything they told me would happen did happen exactly the way they presented it to me. There was no problems getting ahold of the employees that were assigned to work with me through the process, if I had any questions they were answered and explained very quickly. Overall great and smooth experience .

Communication was Difficult Angela Ackerman was difficult to work with. She was hard to contact. I almost always got her voicemail which indicated she preferred people to email. When I emailed it didn’t seem like she read them because later when we would discuss issues that were important to me she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Jose Valcarcel was excellent. He was able to get me the most competitive rate. I often contacted him throughout the process when I was not getting a response from Angela and he was always very quick to respond. If he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me. Very professional and courteous.
