Communication was Difficult Angela Ackerman was difficult to work with. She was hard to contact. I almost always got her voicemail which indicated she preferred people to email. When I emailed it didn’t seem like she read them because later when we would discuss issues that were important to me she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Jose Valcarcel was excellent. He was able to get me the most competitive rate. I often contacted him throughout the process when I was not getting a response from Angela and he was always very quick to respond. If he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me. Very professional and courteous.

The representative JP was very helpful… The representative JP was very helpful and offer great insight to help me reach me the goal I was attempting to achieve. If I called and was not able to reach him, he would surely call back and stayed on the call until I was satisfied.

Other then the problems I had sending… Other then the problems I had sending items Tracy was wonderful and very patient in helping get everything together. She was very informative on every step of the process and I thank you for everything done for me.
