GBThis company is deceitful This company is deceitful. Said there was nothing I needed to do for the transition to PHH. Misapplied my April pmt. blamed the algorithm. said my ins. had expired and applied your ins. misapplied my April pmt. Doubled my payment. I NEVER had any issue with UWM.I have had a mortgage for over 40 years. I have never had problems with loan servicers like I have with you. Hope you sell me or loose your ability to do any US transactions.

GBPHH Mortgage has the worst customer… PHH Mortgage has the worst customer service.. Their customer service centers are in another country where all the reps have very thick accents and are hard to understand. They will charge you for every type of payment unless its a scheduled monthly payment. Documents are are hard to come by. For instance if you want to view your original note you cannot see it on your online account.. you have to request it by mail and they charge you for it.

The professionalism was OUTSTANDING. Thank you to all whom helped me with this transaction. Hopefully next year the interest rates drop so I can do it all over again. Lol
