GBI have called 4 different times I have called 4 different times in the last hour. Trying to report fraud & so now my card is blocked, which is fine, but no one can seem to connect me to the right people to report fraud. I give up & will fight the battle tomorrow. Just as a follow up, Credit Card Company reached out to me this morning. Very nice man, Brian, helped me understand what was going to happen with fraudulent charges. New card should come in 7 to 14 days.

GB😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly… 😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly after pressing the *, she spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions concerning my credit card. She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

GBI do not recommend. I went online to make a payment and the website would not let me. I tried several times with different dates and amounts and received an error message each time. I called the Customer Service number and had to navigate through the computerized phone menu that really didn't work (as in it says 'say what you want help with' but it does not recognize any commands you say). Just when I thought I was about to be connected with a Customer Service Representative, it hung up on me. This is some kind of scam to prevent people from making their payments so Cerulean can charge late fees and interest.

GBBest customer service representatives … You have 2 customer service ice representatives that are GREAT. The best representative is Sonia Pierce. She is the best representative I've ever has the pleasure to deal with. All companies should follow in her footsteps. The second representative is Kayanna Lee. She is making a strong attempt to follow in her footsteps. Kind and very polite.
