I do not recommend. I went online to make a payment and the website would not let me. I tried several times with different dates and amounts and received an error message each time. I called the Customer Service number and had to navigate through the computerized phone menu that really didn't work (as in it says 'say what you want help with' but it does not recognize any commands you say). Just when I thought I was about to be connected with a Customer Service Representative, it hung up on me. This is some kind of scam to prevent people from making their payments so Cerulean can charge late fees and interest.

Great customer service was a great… Great customer service was a great spirit, good joy. He had the ability to turn a bad situation into a great 1 by his positive attitude. That is something that's needed in all situations have a blessed day.

She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

Pleasant and Cheerful Lisa! Lisa was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She was cheerful, friendly, efficient and accurate. It's very rare to come across such a pleasant individual when calling to discuss your bill but she made it a very pleasant experience and I would hire her to work in my call center any day!

Amazing customer service from Danlyn Chatman I had the pleasure of speaking with Danlyn Chatman today and she was such a sweet person. I lost my voice and she acted sweet the whole time having so much patience while she helped my husband and I with our 4 cards. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I just want to make sure and do a survey for her and would love it if someone could do something nice for her. She definitely deserves it!
