GBI’ve had two cards from this bank for a… I’ve had two cards from this bank for a few years now. Used both out of the US many times and it always worked fine. The 330-1000 thing I don’t understand I was started off at 1,500 on both and now one is 2,000 and the other is 1,800. I guess you pay quickly you get more credit quickly. Not with traditional bank credit cards I’ll tell you that.

GB😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly… 😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly after pressing the *, she spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions concerning my credit card. She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

GBI have called 4 different times I have called 4 different times in the last hour. Trying to report fraud & so now my card is blocked, which is fine, but no one can seem to connect me to the right people to report fraud. I give up & will fight the battle tomorrow. Just as a follow up, Credit Card Company reached out to me this morning. Very nice man, Brian, helped me understand what was going to happen with fraudulent charges. New card should come in 7 to 14 days.
