GBMy experience with this Card has been… My experience with this Card has been very positive. I have had 2 issues with my Card and they resolved it in a timely manner. They also increased my credit limit without me requesting. The only problem I have is the annual fee.

GBI was having a difficult time… I was having a difficult time connecting via the internet and I am still having those challenges. After speaking with Javier and Heather, mostly Heather she was able to help get me into the app and I will use that for now. She was very attentive and supportive.

GBCustomer service was helpful. Card is awful Customer service was helpful. What I do not understand is how i have had this Account for 6 years and I am paying 100 a yr to keep card open with a $750 limit? I have cards with limits over 10k and no annual fee. I should have already been given several increases by now. Regardless, I have closed my account.
