GB😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly… 😃Agent Lisa answered phone promptly after pressing the *, she spoke very clearly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions concerning my credit card. She even stayed on the phone while I signed into my mobile app to make sure I could actually choose my pin for Atm withdraws. She also explained to me what my daily allowance was.😃

GBAmazing customer service from Danlyn Chatman I had the pleasure of speaking with Danlyn Chatman today and she was such a sweet person. I lost my voice and she acted sweet the whole time having so much patience while she helped my husband and I with our 4 cards. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I just want to make sure and do a survey for her and would love it if someone could do something nice for her. She definitely deserves it!

GBGreat Card. Great Customer Service. When I called the Cerulean customer service, the rep was super polite and helpful. He listened to my problem and resolved it almost immediately -- without putting me through the ringer. Other credit card companies can learn a lesson from Cerulean/Verve.
