GBThe loan experience was really concise… The loan experience was really concise when dealing with Rocket Mortgage however the experience was not as smooth, working with Amrock Title-company. There were a few glitches which cause the dispersement of the loan to be later than expected. Everything considered I was please with the outcome.

GBThe Mortgage guy Jeff was on it The Mortgage guy Jeff was on it and responsive, patient and proactive and had good answers to questions and asked good questions for answers. He seemed trustworthy and proved himself to be so. He and his team provided nearly seamless transitions through the phases leading to closing.

GBClosing Issues Closing team left husband off of signature pages causing 10 day delay in closing. I had to initiate multiple phone calls in order to resolve issues that were Rocket's fault. Very difficult to get straightforward answers to questions regarding when funds will be disbursed even though closing documents have been completed and received by Rocket. No one has answered that question yet. Still waiting for my funds....

GBA pleasant surprise. You seem to have found the formula for hiring the right people for their right position. Everyone we dealt with were professional, pleasant to talk with, basically could give you the feeling they were working for me and doing their most to get me the best deal possibly. I will be 76 yr old next month and have been through many of these deals. I can honestly say this was the best.

GBService was good Service was good. For some one who doesn’t do this often it’s pretty complex. It’s not obvious what the real costs of getting a loan are—-in this case about $10k up front. Also, paying credit cards down to zero by having to mail out paper checks seems like a bad way to handle payments in an electronic funds transfer she. Much more laborious and time consuming. Difficult to locate mailing addresses when almost all my banking is paperless and online electronic. It’s as if Rocket doesn’t trust the borrower to make payments to credit card accounts.
