GBA pleasant surprise. You seem to have found the formula for hiring the right people for their right position. Everyone we dealt with were professional, pleasant to talk with, basically could give you the feeling they were working for me and doing their most to get me the best deal possibly. I will be 76 yr old next month and have been through many of these deals. I can honestly say this was the best.

GBstress free Josh made our experience stress free, he explained everything up front and in detail about how the whole process would go, he worked late to accommodate us do to our work schedule. Never got to speak with rest of team but we received emails daily.

GBNew mortgage The experience went well. Everything happened that was supposed to happen. As near as I know nothing happened that was not supposed to happen. The people were pleasant, the software behaved pretty much as I expected it to. It was an unusually pleasant interaction in comparison to most of my recent online interactions with other companies. I would suggest that you consider keeping the same point of contact through the entire experience. While all the people were pleasant it was unnerving to me to change from person to person as I was transferring large sums of money and/or personal information over the internet. It made me wonder each time if someone had inserted themselves in the process to scam me. It just added stress where there was already enough stress. Great overall experience though. Thanks!

GBService was good Service was good. For some one who doesn’t do this often it’s pretty complex. It’s not obvious what the real costs of getting a loan are—-in this case about $10k up front. Also, paying credit cards down to zero by having to mail out paper checks seems like a bad way to handle payments in an electronic funds transfer she. Much more laborious and time consuming. Difficult to locate mailing addresses when almost all my banking is paperless and online electronic. It’s as if Rocket doesn’t trust the borrower to make payments to credit card accounts.

GBI have never felt more comfortable… I have never felt more comfortable closing a loan and it is all due to Nadis. He is how business is supposed to be handled. Nadis worked far beyond any other loan closing I ever had and I just can’t imagine now to do any business with anyone else for closing a loan.
