Every person we worked with through the various steps has been highly experienced and professional. As with any loan, various concerns came up, bu they were all handled quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction. As long as we are buying houses we will continue to work with Rocket on the mortgages.

GBNew mortgage The experience went well. Everything happened that was supposed to happen. As near as I know nothing happened that was not supposed to happen. The people were pleasant, the software behaved pretty much as I expected it to. It was an unusually pleasant interaction in comparison to most of my recent online interactions with other companies. I would suggest that you consider keeping the same point of contact through the entire experience. While all the people were pleasant it was unnerving to me to change from person to person as I was transferring large sums of money and/or personal information over the internet. It made me wonder each time if someone had inserted themselves in the process to scam me. It just added stress where there was already enough stress. Great overall experience though. Thanks!

GBThe loan experience was really concise… The loan experience was really concise when dealing with Rocket Mortgage however the experience was not as smooth, working with Amrock Title-company. There were a few glitches which cause the dispersement of the loan to be later than expected. Everything considered I was please with the outcome.

GBI really love working online and… I really love working online and uploading all my documents to facilitate this process, which was awesome. The only thing I found frustrating was when I received my cash out in the form of checks instead of wire transfers, I think you guys need to change this policy and help us consumers, get money directly to where it needs to be instead of sending us checks.
