GBAvoid this company at all costs Wish I could give 0 stars for this disgrace of a company! My god where do I start? First off after signing up and paying the fee it took them 5 days to email my certificate of insurance which meant I had to temporarily insure my van costing me £120! Forget uploading your details on their online portal as that doesn't work. Now onto customer service! C***s!!!!! On the off chance you do get through to them they have no clue what they're doing and bounce you around different departments! I had to make a claim and the ignorance on their part was unbelievable! Phone calls and emails go unanswered so bad at one point I genuinely felt they sent a salvage company to just steal my van! Only after I got a lawyer to threaten them with a lawsuit did they get in touch with me! The whole thing took almost 4 months to be sorted and even though I said I would like a replacement vehicle when I signed up,they said I wasn't entitled to one! How they are still a functioning insurance company is shocking! Worst experience of my life hands down! Do yourself a favour and risk driving uninsured over going with this mob

GBIt's all a Big Fat Scam It's all a big fat scam! Using price comparison sites, they have different insurance names! I thought I was getting Ladybird Insurance but its RCIB- they are a financial broker!! They give you one quote online and then double it after you accepted the cheaper quote. They take out the entire annual amount, even though you selected monthly. Then when you ring them to cancel & a full refund. Within 2 days! They take out £200 cancellation fee. They are a SCAM! Avoid! Disgusting!

GBPoor customer service I chose this company because they courier car insurance. They gave me a reasonable quote and I paid the annual premium. The next day, before the policy took effect, they called me to say that they couldn't insure me. I asked about a refund and was told there would be a £60 cancellation fee. As the policy hadn't yet started, how could there be a cancellation fee? They were adamant and so I said that I would contact Trading Standards and also asked for details of their complaints procedure. A few minutes later they called me back to say that I would get a full refund. One positive note was that the refund was paid within a few days.

GBDo not use this company. Do not use this company. Booked car insurance for my elderly parents (late 70's) but they failed to inform me that my father's license had expired. Within 12 hours of booking I called to amend the insurance to remove him as a named driver as it was several days before the policy was due to start. They wanted £156 to remove him. I ended up just cancelling which still cost me £60 as they don't have a cooling period. When I told the girl on the phone that it was ridiculous, her response was "that's what you get when you book with online companies".

GBHorrendous customer care Horrendous customer care, each dept doesn’t have a clue what the other one is doing & sends out threatening txts & emails for no reason & continues to send them out when the problem got sorted days ago. It’s that bad I had to make a complaint to the insurance ombudsman who are now investigating. So, insure your vehicle or anything with them at your peril. You have been warned. Can’t wait till next year to change company’s & get away from these clowns. By the way, when you complain the so called Manager puts the call on mute as they obviously don’t like complaints. How dare anyone complain.
