GBHSC please resolve client issues This company is not a scam but has terrible customer service. I have had a broken HVAC since 10 days but with no resolution or even an indication what the next steps are. I have called every day twice and I keep getting told that the “proper department” is looking at it and they will call me back. At this point the senior management should look into it before enough consumers join for a class action against it for risks they are exposing children’s and elderly to in summer months with these delays.

GBThe airconditioner in my mom's house… The airconditioner in my mom's house has been acting so crazy. We couldn't increase the temperature, so we've been freezing for days! We called HSC when we realized things weren't going to get better, and luckily they were able to send a contractor quick. Luckily, this was included in our HSC home coverage. I've learned its both efficient and practical to avail of this company's services.

GBCompany does NOT pay contractors Company does NOT pay contractors. Do not work for Choice, Home Service Club, Home Warranty of America or their new company name Rely Home. They gave my company authorization to make a repair for $765 but only paid $165 on the invoice. When I inquired they closed my contractor account and placed payments for all outstanding invoices on hold for 180 days. It has now been over a year and they say the policy is 365 days before they will escalate my payment request and 6-12 months before a possible resolution. This company scams homeowners out of money for contracts and contractors out of HARD earned money. I have paid out for technicians labor and parts to perform services for them that I will likely never be paid for. We are talking thousands of dollars.

GBMothers looking for value for money… Mothers looking for value for money better trust the repair of their household appliances to Home Service. Don’t hesitate to avail of their services. My mother is very shy to ask for help because she fancies herself as a strong independent woman. But from time to time, she does entrust her house with the Home Service Club especially with electrical work.

GBLEAKING WATER HEATER I called HSC regarding a leaking hot water heater. No plumbers responded to HSC’s network so I hired a plumber who reported to the claim department that the water heater was leaking and needed replacing. Water heaters die due to leaking after a period of time, but the claim was denied due to RUST AND CORROSION. Remember that term. It’s buried in the contract you sign, but don’t see until after signing up. The important coverage details are purposely left out on the home web page. DON’T BUY A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!
