I already put in a cancellation as of today. They deducted whatever they paid me from my remaining refund. Any time you put in a request, it takes days and then send someone who is not experienced at all. And then deny your claim. This is their process. They claim best on their website for many years. B.S. Absolutely absurd.

GBGood Luck Getting Paid!!! Good Luck Getting Paid!!! I'd give a zero star if possible....as a service provider, we have been trying to get paid since November, 2023. We have submitted no less than 20 attempts and get the run around. Impossible to get a human who can assist. What a scam. Contractors BEWARE!!

My mother is very shy to ask for help because she fancies herself as a strong independent woman. But from time to time, she does entrust her house with the Home Service Club especially with electrical work.

GBThe airconditioner in my mom's house… The airconditioner in my mom's house has been acting so crazy. We couldn't increase the temperature, so we've been freezing for days! We called HSC when we realized things weren't going to get better, and luckily they were able to send a contractor quick. Luckily, this was included in our HSC home coverage. I've learned its both efficient and practical to avail of this company's services.

THEY KEPT PROMISING A TECHNICIAN WILL ARRIVE. SO FAR, IT IS JUST AN EMPTY PROMISE. THE WORST HOME WARRANTY INSURANCE I EVER DEALT WITH. AND THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN YOU CALL THEM, THEY TELL YOU HOW SORRY THEY ARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT FIND A TECHNICIAN TO DO THE REPAIRS. THE QUESTION IS: IF A WARRANTY COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE TECHNICIANS TO DO THE REPAIRS, HOW DOES THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ALLOW THEM TO BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THESE COMPANIES CHARGE CUSTOMERS THEIR MONTHLY FEE BUT, WHEN IT COMES TO REPAIRS, THEY ACT AS IF THEY DON'T KNOW YOU, AND THEY KNOW THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER TO ANY AUTHORITIES. I FILED WITH THE CALIFORNIA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER, THIS OFFICE IS JUST A NAME, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OVER SCAMMERS LIKE THESE WARRANTY COMPANIES.
