GBRUN FAST To make a long story short RUN & I do mean FAST...they refused to come out to investigate my claim the adjuster even told me if I don't with draw mt claim they would raise my rate and then drop me while will be hard ro me to get home owners insurance or it would b extremely expensive...I got scared and dropped my claim. Then...I reopened my claim a lead person over there name Lisa told the electrician to preserve my property and send in pictures and all receipts now they will not pay the claim.eveything they asked for I provided...if what I needed done if they didn't cover it all they had to do was tell me. The adjuster never returned my calls nor did the supervisor. Then they said ok we will pay for the damages I questioned the deductible because my claim had been going on since September 2023 and now we are in the moth of November...they called back and said NO so I just said ok well I guess I'm stuck but the electrician will at lease get his money his bill was $8,050.00 they said we are not paying that either...how do we start a class action lawsuit. I now have a bill for $8,050.00 that they told him if he fix it they will THEY LIED

GB100% Recommended As a young adult I would never insure my new home with any other company! Great customer service and guidance towards the best option for me. My parents recommended after their 15 year relationship with them and I shall refer my kids when its their time! GBAbsolutely horrible experience with… Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I am a year into a claim with no resolution. My home had a roof leak with mold damage. A year later, our family remains in this home as the insurance company fails to send needed documentation to my mortgage company. I have never experienced such poor communication. My next step in dealing with this is contacting an attorney. Do NOT use this company.

GBAdayshia Adayshia, the rep I spoke with on phone, solved my problem in record time without transferring me or losing me. Their App, of course, was as worthless as all the customer service Apps I waste time on before calling, but I only gave it a chance because it was too early to call. The info it gave was confusing (I'm a math. physicist), disturbing, and wrong. Just call. Calling shortly after they open seems to be a good strategy to avoid waiting.

GBYesterday made a year I have been out… Yesterday made a year I have been out of my home due to Hurricane Michael. The UPC cut us a check for for living expenses in the amount of 4,000 in which on PCB they were charging us 1300 a week! Needless to say they are refusing to give us the policy amount to fix home instead offered us 30,000 when that's less than 68,000 that their adjuster suggested. I never knew it would be this hard to get something you've paid for years and to just get back home! I hate this company will will continue to tell my story. FIND SOMEONE ELSE NOW!
