Researched several warranty companies Researched several warranty companies. Some were vague on the coverage, others were just ridiculous on pricing and time frames. Actually had began a contract with one BUT Red Flags came up! when I called and questioned them about it, they got very defensive and argumentative. Did not like that, figure this would be a sample of dealing with them on a CLAIM! Cancelled that one! Overall was pleased with purchasing, price terms and length of contract. Not all that crazy about the "Grace" period, but I'll make it work!

Stay away from this company Stay away from this company! They continue charging monthly fees for the car that you sold and refuse to give a refund! Very rude customer service! Thankfully nothing happened to the car before we sold it because I guarantee they would find anything to get out of paying the claim! Horrible company!

Don't give them your phone number Don't give them your phone number, they will keep calling and continuously press to take the same offer, even though I told them at least 5/6 times that I am not interested in, they kept calling me.

I called this company to get a price on… I called this company to get a price on an extended warranty. The sales group was high pressure to close me at that time. After this I received phone calls every hour from different phone numbers pressuring me to get a warranty. I will never use this company as the sales tactics are horrible. If they are this high pressure I cannot imagine how hard it would to have repair covered. The sales team is horrible.

Shame on carchex My daughter purchased an extended warranty for a Subaru, she added gaskets and seals. She had her first oil change everything was fine nothing was noted, she went for a second oil change they discovered oil leaks. Car checks refused to cover anything, also would not allow us to re-submit claim. Shame on you car checks. Will never deal with this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone.
