GBWill not honor warranty They did not honor warranty on the repair of the turbo in an Audi A6, although industry standardi is to replace turbo. The adjuster suggested to replace the actuator sensor instead of turbo. Also the warranty company only honored $400 of the $1200 needed to repair the actuator. They came up with their own pricing for payouts leaving the consumer to pay the bulk of the repair. The warranty cost me $3000 and is useless to me.

GBStay away from this company Stay away from this company! They continue charging monthly fees for the car that you sold and refuse to give a refund! Very rude customer service! Thankfully nothing happened to the car before we sold it because I guarantee they would find anything to get out of paying the claim! Horrible company!

GBLove CARCHEX I had some issues with my… Love CARCHEX I had some issues with my fuel system and ford was trying to make it higher than it actually was. I had to pay out of pocket and Ford denied CARCHEX after it was fixed. But I called CARCHEX and they worked something out with me so I could still be protected and refunded!!

GBI would give carcheck zero star for… I would give carcheck zero star for there coverage and business. Stay away from them. Their coverage is misleading. I purchased the extended warranty for $5,000 which it should be the best. My car broke down, and I had it towed to the dealership; I filled a claim, and to my disappointment, the bill was $1,600; they paid only $600; I had to pay $955 out of my pocket; the reason? they won't match the dealership labor rate (they pay only half the rate), they would pay only a certain amount for the parts. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

GBRead the fine print! Their standard contract has a fixed labor rate that’s below market cost in most areas but they won’t tell you this up front. I found out after reading through the contract they mailed me. I called to complain and the customer service rep said they would email me a new contract changing the labor rate to market rate but they never sent anything. Fortunately I was able to cancel within the thirty day cancellation window and they did credit all my payments back to me.
