Don't give them your phone number Don't give them your phone number, they will keep calling and continuously press to take the same offer, even though I told them at least 5/6 times that I am not interested in, they kept calling me.

I would give carcheck zero star for… I would give carcheck zero star for there coverage and business. Stay away from them. Their coverage is misleading. I purchased the extended warranty for $5,000 which it should be the best. My car broke down, and I had it towed to the dealership; I filled a claim, and to my disappointment, the bill was $1,600; they paid only $600; I had to pay $955 out of my pocket; the reason? they won't match the dealership labor rate (they pay only half the rate), they would pay only a certain amount for the parts. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

Will not honor warranty They did not honor warranty on the repair of the turbo in an Audi A6, although industry standardi is to replace turbo. The adjuster suggested to replace the actuator sensor instead of turbo. Also the warranty company only honored $400 of the $1200 needed to repair the actuator. They came up with their own pricing for payouts leaving the consumer to pay the bulk of the repair. The warranty cost me $3000 and is useless to me.

BUYER BEWARE! Your advertised $100 deductible is a LOW-BALL NUMBER! Adjuster approves fewer hours than Certified Repair Facilities charge! Suddenly, my $100 deductible is costing me from $500 to $1000! What do you do when you need the car and it has to be repaired? YOU PAY! I Wouldn't do business with them if I were you!

I paid $189.95 for someone in… I paid $189.95 for someone in Arlington, Texas to inspect a 2006 Audi A3. They omitted a 18" long crease on the hatchback, and obvious oil leak, a missing factory skid plate other damage on the left facing front corner, and a parasitic battery drain, a broken control arm on the front passenger side which also affected the driveshaft that needed replacement. I file a complaint with Carchex and they never responded. This happened in 2015. I just thought people should know what type of scam they are running.
