GBThe most dishonest company we have ever… The most dishonest company we have ever worked with. After using this company before we are beyond upset. After trying to change our reservation they have taken our money and not helping with the change of dates. Not to mention they’re claiming we checked in a place in Colorado when we are in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve never had a company hold money without a reservation day and lying about a check in. My husband and I own a travel business not to mention we travel 45 times a year. Never have I seen a company work this way. I would NEVER give this dishonest company a dime of my money.

CAThe booking process The customer representative that I booked with was very helpful. She called back and ensured that the booking went through and that I found my emails re: my reservation.The only issue was that the computer was very slow and that there were glitches with the booking system so it took some time before all was done. I would not be able to book without the customer representative help.

VEMy vacation was filled with positive… My vacation was filled with positive emotions and unforgettable moments. For this thanks to The Lodging Company. They did a great job to make me and my family feel comfortable. The hotel is wonderful 5 stars. I really liked the bar a lot of cool alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is also a swimming pool which was also very pleasant especially for children. It was interesting to go on excursions learn something new for yourself and of course take photos for memory.

CABooking with the lodging company was…excellent Booking with the lodging company was excellent, very good to deal with BUT... we had booked our condo for five nights and unfortunately we had a death in the family and had to cut our trip a day short. I emailed our contact through the lodging company explaining the situation and she came back to me saying that the only way we would be refunded our money for the last night was if we had purchased insurance. I feel being that we were spending that kind of money, and it was a horrible situation out of our control there should have been no questions asked and should have refunded our money.
