I don't know what I was doing wrong, but obviously there was something. So I gave up and call directly and Stacie walked me through and got me the reservations I needed. GBGreat service Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance. Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.

GBThe most dishonest company we have ever… The most dishonest company we have ever worked with. After using this company before we are beyond upset. After trying to change our reservation they have taken our money and not helping with the change of dates. Not to mention they’re claiming we checked in a place in Colorado when we are in Atlanta Georgia. I’ve never had a company hold money without a reservation day and lying about a check in. My husband and I own a travel business not to mention we travel 45 times a year. Never have I seen a company work this way. I would NEVER give this dishonest company a dime of my money.

GBThe booking agency was kind and responsive. The booking agency was kind and responsive. The hotel was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the bed was horrible. My husband has a bad back and cannot tolerate soft mattresses - we ended up sleeping on the floor.

CAThe booking process The customer representative that I booked with was very helpful. She called back and ensured that the booking went through and that I found my emails re: my reservation.The only issue was that the computer was very slow and that there were glitches with the booking system so it took some time before all was done. I would not be able to book without the customer representative help.
