GBI never have to worry about my boy's vet bills I can take my dog to the vet or his specialist and know he can be treated and I don't have to worry about bills piling up. He can feel better and live his best life because Pets Best is there for me!

GBVery slow claim response time In March I signed up for a new policy which included health and wellness and I submitted my claim 4/2 and it is a simple wellness check up and it is still in process. It is not that complicated of a claim and I will be submitting another wellness claim next week. I had a previous pet insurance for my other dobie and they would process claims immediately. I am second guessing my decision now. They did email me and stated they are taking a little longer than expected and might need additional info from my vet? I sent in all my paperwork from the vet wth??

GBHighly Recommend! I love pets best. They have fast professional service with quick reimbursements. My dogs are my kids, I would do anything for them. They have better insurance with Pets Best than I do with my private PPO insurance. You have a customer for life! Keep up the good work.

GBRUN FAR RUN FAR. RUN FAST. READ THE FINE PRINT. This insurance DOESN'T COVER BILATERAL CRUCIATE EVENTS. I missed this in reading all the fine print. My dog blew his first cruciate during the waiting period so the second surgery was not covered. There ARE insurance companies that DO cover cruciate surgeries. Make sure you find one. Also, during the claim my vet sent the records TWICE and the company never received them. I had to upload the paperwork myself. My premium went up without notification. The process of evaluation took too long. Yes, NOT a good investment. I tried to cancel the coverage online and can't find the spot in which to do so.
