GBPets Best in the most responsive and… Pets Best in the most responsive and expeditious insurance company we have had for our pet. Our dog was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and Pets Best has been there for us every step of the way. Without their prompt payments and support, we would not have been able to afford the expensive medications and treatment needed for our dog. I will never have a pet without having Pets Best watching our backs. My family and friends now use Pets Best as well since they know our dog is alive and well because Pets Best came through with coverage for his needs. Thank you Pets Best.

GBSo glad I got this insurance! I submitted 2 claims for my exotic shorthair cat. Both were approved in timely manner and for the amount I expected. Pets Best insurance gives me such peace of mind, knowing that I can provide whatever veterinary care is needed for my 3 cats. I highly recommend this insurance!

GBNot worth the money and inconvenience… So so far it seems the review of claims is taking longer than a week. Also requesta for additional information on claims are inconsistent. I had two claims going, one for each of my pets who both got the exact same annual wellness exam both had itemized receipt. But one was reviewed asking for a document that was had more clear about amount. Last so far the amount reimbursed for wellness items are well under what paid only about 55 % of the total. So basically I would have saved money if I just paid out of pocket. But now I have to pay my premium and pay the difference with will end up totalled to more per year. I will not be renewing service next year.

GBFirst pet with insurance This is our first time having pet insurance so we did not know what to expect in the event we had to use it. Pets Best is the BEST. They made it easy to submit claims and covered all expenses stated in the contract. Thank you so much!

GBI always get an email that there’s a… I always get an email that there’s a delay every time I submit a claim I had three claims in April but every time I submit one I always get an email that there’s a delay and my other daughter has Pets Best insurance and always gets a check. No delay.
