Agent: Cole Kraft On July 20, 2022 applied for Plan F Supplemental Insurance with Agent Cole Kraft of Great Southern, who took my wife's information over the phone. My wife is well within her BMI, is on no medications, and prior to hanging up the agent said, given her health at 70 years of age, he felt confident that Underwriting should approve. He calls back in half an hour and confirms that, indeed, underwriting HAS approved. I call back the next day to apply for my own Plan F with the same agent, but he cannot be reached so they connect me to Underwriting who informs me that my wife has been declined. I hang up and attempt to reach Cole Kraft. I leave a message. I leave a text message. As of this date July 25, 2022 I have nothing but crickets. Use your own judgement as to whether this review reflects on Great Southern or Agent Cole Kraft, but this has been our experience.

He patiently waited for my approval for Social Security/Medicare so he could help me with selecting a good supplement plan that fits my needs. He waited a long time (more than 3 months!) and kindly checked in with me frequently to see how I was getting along with my application. Today, it finally was time for him to help me. I am so thankful for Kristopher's assistance. I would give him 62 stars if I could! He is a great asset for your company. He is kind, very helpful, and most of all patient. Cloning him would be to your benefit! Thanks to Kristopher and your company for everything! I was very pleased with Cole Kraft he… I was very pleased with Cole Kraft he was able to answer all my questions and concerns pertaining to which program to purchase. He help me understand the difference between the program that were available for individuals. I was able to make a choice that would best fit my needs and plus, because Cole explained the coverage in a way that I believe my well being for now and in the future will fully be covered thank you Cole. I'm so irriated with this company I'm so irriated with this company. When you go to speak to someone about a situation they give you the run around. I have questions about my Roth IRA and I cant seem to get anyone one the phone. I really done with and just want to invest my money else where.
