Many thanks! this in spite of the poor telephone technology redirecting calls from Chris to my voicemail instead of my phone. I couldn't keep in contact with Chris, therefore. Calls to him went directly to company voicemail. NOT HELPFUL!!!!

Great Knowledgeable, Helpful Service My last call was to cancel my Medicare Gap plan. I'm going with a local Advantage plan. The person I spoke to was very polite, efficient, and helpful. When I signed up for the Gap plan 17 months ago, the person that helped me with my needs was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right plan for the time. I would recommend them for any Insurance issues.

Medicare Supplement I have had a supplement since 2020 and have been very happy with the policy and the rates. We decided to change my husband's supplement company since his rates had gone up so much. Great Southern has been great, The only thing we haven't heard whether or not my husband's application was approved or not, anxiously waiting. He worked with Nate and was very pleased with his service. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Health Insurance upgrade for 2021 Deciding on health insurance has never been so delightful. Josh Hafenstine made the whole process so easy to understand and enlightening! Josh is very knowledgeable about the types of health insurance that are available and able to explain the differences in such a clear, truthful manner.
