Many thanks! this in spite of the poor telephone technology redirecting calls from Chris to my voicemail instead of my phone. I couldn't keep in contact with Chris, therefore. Calls to him went directly to company voicemail. NOT HELPFUL!!!!

A better agent...? Mr. Keaton Johnson was prompt with his replies, succinct with his answers, generous with his explanations, and cognizant of my time constraints. Your agent provided incredible attention to detail and to questions from a prospective client (and subsequent enrolled client). Although I posed unusual and never presented queries, Mr, K. Johnson always replied within the time frame he projected; and each time, relayed the data I needed to make a decision (that will impact me for the next 30 years or so). Johnson as an agent for your company, but more so, for rendering him a respectful (from his perspective) work environment so that Mr. Johnson remained with your company!
