I received my policy information within a week of signing up for my Medicare Supplemental Insurance. I am very pleased with my premium amount for the Plan G. I am hoping to be able to stay with your Company for several years.

Listening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.

I dealt with Aaron Howard for both mine… I dealt with Aaron Howard for both mine and my wife's supplement insurance and drug plan for Medicare. Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and never once tried to push a product on me that I did not need or want. Great Knowledgeable, Helpful Service My last call was to cancel my Medicare Gap plan. I'm going with a local Advantage plan. The person I spoke to was very polite, efficient, and helpful. When I signed up for the Gap plan 17 months ago, the person that helped me with my needs was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right plan for the time. I would recommend them for any Insurance issues.

Health Insurance upgrade for 2021 Deciding on health insurance has never been so delightful. Josh Hafenstine made the whole process so easy to understand and enlightening! Josh is very knowledgeable about the types of health insurance that are available and able to explain the differences in such a clear, truthful manner. I’m glad he took the time to call us and explain our options. He answered a lot of questions and uncertainties that I had lingering. This year we are going to be more protected with our supplement and original Medicare. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for better healthcare coverage for the coming new year.
