GBAgent: Cole Kraft On July 20, 2022 applied for Plan F Supplemental Insurance with Agent Cole Kraft of Great Southern, who took my wife's information over the phone. My wife is well within her BMI, is on no medications, and prior to hanging up the agent said, given her health at 70 years of age, he felt confident that Underwriting should approve. He calls back in half an hour and confirms that, indeed, underwriting HAS approved. I call back the next day to apply for my own Plan F with the same agent, but he cannot be reached so they connect me to Underwriting who informs me that my wife has been declined. I hang up and attempt to reach Cole Kraft. I leave a message. I leave a text message. As of this date July 25, 2022 I have nothing but crickets. Use your own judgement as to whether this review reflects on Great Southern or Agent Cole Kraft, but this has been our experience.

GBA better agent...? Mr. Keaton Johnson was prompt with his replies, succinct with his answers, generous with his explanations, and cognizant of my time constraints. Your agent provided incredible attention to detail and to questions from a prospective client (and subsequent enrolled client). Although I posed unusual and never presented queries, Mr, K. Johnson always replied within the time frame he projected; and each time, relayed the data I needed to make a decision (that will impact me for the next 30 years or so). Thank you for enrolling Mr. K. Johnson as an agent for your company, but more so, for rendering him a respectful (from his perspective) work environment so that Mr. Johnson remained with your company! YOU COULD NOT HAVE ENROLLED A BETTER NOR MORE PROFESSIONAL AGENT!

GBThis company ripped me off for thousands of dollars This company ripped me off for thousands of dollars. I would like to get together with some of their previous clients and hire an Attorney. From reading the reviews I feel I am not the only one that has had problems with this company!

GBListening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.

GBI went to the Americo website to get a quote for a Medicare Supplement. I went to the Americo website to get a quote. I was impressed that it was one of only 3 companies, out of about 40 that gave a quote online. Within minutes of agreeing to receive a call from an agent, I got a call from a very knowledgeable and efficient agent, Jacob Kerns. I was happy with the telephone interview and question/answer process to get enrolled.
