Health Insurance upgrade for 2021 Deciding on health insurance has never been so delightful. Josh Hafenstine made the whole process so easy to understand and enlightening! Josh is very knowledgeable about the types of health insurance that are available and able to explain the differences in such a clear, truthful manner. I’m glad he took the time to call us and explain our options. He answered a lot of questions and uncertainties that I had lingering. This year we are going to be more protected with our supplement and original Medicare. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for better healthcare coverage for the coming new year. Americo is a great, long standing company. Americo is a company that has been in business for many years. It is a company that has good products, is knowledgeable and can be trusted. The person who assisted me with my Medicare Supplement purchase was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. He spent time helping me make good decisions, especially with the RX portion.

Your agent provided incredible attention to detail and to questions from a prospective client (and subsequent enrolled client). Although I posed unusual and never presented queries, Mr, K. Johnson always replied within the time frame he projected; and each time, relayed the data I needed to make a decision (that will impact me for the next 30 years or so).
