GBFirst time with Aon but won't be last I have always purchased travel insurance but never had to actually use it until our last trip. My husband woke up the morning we were supposed to leave with a bad case of Covid. I canceled our cruise with the cruiseline that morning and called the insurance company immediately and got my paperwork started. We had our claim reviewed, approved and paid out very quickly!

GBExcellent response to our claim Excellent response to our claim. We had to cancel our cruise due to a medical issue three days before our cruise. We filled out the paperwork and within 10 days the refund was in our bank account. Would not hesitate to do business with them again on our next cruise purchase.

GBA surprise change of events on my cruise We added travel insurance to a recent cruise. Unfortunately, I got Covid on the ship and was treated and quarantined. We lost that last few days. Aon was so quick with the response. As soon as the health insurance provided their piece, Aon issued immediate reinbursement for the balance. It was efficient and much appreciated.

When I filed the claim, I sent copies of the doctor’s diagnosis and plan of action. I received an e:mail in a few hours saying the claim had been reviewed and accepted. After I sent the info for my bank account, the money was there the next day. I will ALWAYS use this company for any travel in the future!
