PROMPT ATTENTION Our medical claim was submitted by the cruise boat medical department directly to the company. We didn't need to do anything. The claim was paid in full a few days after we returned home. I will always use AON. Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient handling of my claim I suffered an unexpected injury that made it impossible to go on my scheduled cruise. Aon Affinity Travel Insurance made it easy for me to file a claim. through their courteous and efficient processing, I received a refund in no time at all. I will never book a cruise without adding their insurance plan.

Lack of Help from AON AON and Royal Caribbean should send a copy of the specifics of the insurance. My 16 year old grandson could not go on the trip because he had just got a job. He cancelled 3 weeks before the trip. I filed on the insurance on the boat with the help of an employee of the Royal Caribbean. There was back and forth communication, then nothing. I was even told they didn’t have my reference number. How do you lose that? I am very disappointed with your service and lack of communication.

We had to cancel a cruise because my husband had an injury that required surgery We had to cancel a cruise because my husband had an injury that required shoulder replacement surgery. When I filed the claim, I sent copies of the doctor’s diagnosis and plan of action. I received an e:mail in a few hours saying the claim had been reviewed and accepted. After I sent the info for my bank account, the money was there the next day. I will ALWAYS use this company for any travel in the future!
