Cal Cas has always been good to me & my family Cal Cas has always been good to me and my family. Customer service is responsive. I get help immediately. We appreciate the family good student discount. Rental insurance went down this year when most bills go up. Cal Cas newsletter is informative.

I was hit by a red light runner who did… I was hit by a red light runner who did not have insurance. California causality was responsive. All the employees were kind, helpful and concerned. I was given a rental and a fair price for my totalled car.

Easy to make changes to policies and we… Easy to make changes to policies and we have only had a few times when we have had to request reimbursement for incidents, but it has always been easy to make contact with California Casualty and the results have always been great. We have been with California Casualty for more than 60 years.

Called to report I was involved in an accident Called to report I was involved in a backing out accident in the parking lot of a local craft store. The initial Customer Service contact was very helpful and comforting in my state of anxiety. A report was taken and was told case would be assigned to another representative. I received an email from that person within a day or two, also very helpful with information on how to proceed. When the other party's insurance contacted me, I relayed the information to my representative and she took over from there.
