GBI have always been satisfied with California Casualty. I really don't remember last contacting California Casualty for anything, but I will say I have been satisfied with this company since I first signed up with them many years ago. I have both automobile and homeowners insurance with California Casualty. They have always handled any questions or concerns in a prompt manner.

We have been with California Casualty for more than 60 years.

GBGreat service, coverage and value! In these times in Southern California, it's really difficult to find a good insurance company that is still writing homeowners insurance. So many have restricted coverage or not writing at all. California Casualty values its clients and provides a valuable service to first responders, nurses and teachers/professors in continuing to provide homeowners policies with great coverage and at fair prices. My auto insurance is also fairly priced and with excellent coverage. If you're not with California Casualty, you should be, give them a call!

GBClaim filed 3/5/24, still no action Claim filed 3/5/24. Repeated attempts to contact rep by repair shop to obtain estimate so work could commence unsuccessful. No voice mails or messages responded to. Finally had contact with rep on 3/19/24 approximately 11:45 CST - answered with promise to send copy of estimate to me and shop within a short time. As of 7:30 pm, still no copy of estimate received by me or shop. Needless to say, further calls have gone straight to voicemail. Repair shop has had my car for 2 weeks now and has been unable to begin repairs because of the lack of response by CalCas. As of 3/20, still no estimate and no contact from rep. Needless to say I don't think I'll be recommending this company.
