GBAppreciate Kanguro Services I am writing to express my satisfaction with the prompt reimbursement process for the services my puppy has received, whether routine or emergency. The efficiency of the system is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the claims submission process. Providing an option to submit claims via computer would be a significant improvement. It would offer greater convenience and accessibility, allowing for a more user-friendly experience.

GBService good App bad The rates and services are good. I haven't filed a claim yet to say how that process goes. Customer service was fast and clear on fixing my issue with uploading my pups records. The app is bad. Constant crashing, would not let me upload a picture of my dog or her Medical records. Get rid of the AI and get a real Dev to fix the app.
