GBEasy to contact and answer my questions I unfortunately didn’t know about pet insurance until my Max got terribly sick. I was skeptical and had questions on what it actually paid. They were easy to contact and an actual person reached out to address all my concerns. Luckily it was just an upset tummy and now I have their wellness plan to keep Max up to date with shots, heart worm med and dental cleaning!

GBEase of use So glad that I found out about pet insurance through my local vet! It came in handy when my girl Sylvie got into something she shouldn’t have. Getting my vet costs reimbursed was as Easy as uploading a pic of the invoice on their app. Highly recommend Kanguro for ease of use!

GBCustomer service good, online app not so good! The Customer service once you are able to reach an agent is very good. Although as a new customer, I was only able to speak to a live agent in Spanish, never in English. Thankfully, I am bilingual. Also, the online app I find very unsatisfactory. It always seems to be down, have trouble uploading my documents and other glitches. The online app really has to be revamped and updated.

GBService good App bad The rates and services are good. I haven't filed a claim yet to say how that process goes. Customer service was fast and clear on fixing my issue with uploading my pups records. The app is bad. Constant crashing, would not let me upload a picture of my dog or her Medical records. Get rid of the AI and get a real Dev to fix the app.
