GBWe had a situation when a Gas contract… We had a situation when a Gas contract didn't go live. Natalie from Pre Action was dealing with the claim and offered a solution to resolve the situation. Being a charity our organization had a process that needed to be followed. Although both parties wanted to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible. Pre Action respected the fact that the process had to be followed which took a couple of months. The finale negotiation with Natalie was handled in a professional and friendly manor with a satisfactory outcome.

Really unhappy that this company they… Really unhappy that this company they are back ing, the great annual savings company, Who asked me to sign some forms to help save me money, however it was an electric contract. And, now their asking me to pay hundreds of pounds for an electric contract when I had sold the business and hadn’t agreed to. The sales men tricked me to sign a form and now this company not assisting me just trying to make me pay for a contract that I was not aware of. So they’re just out to scam people

GBScary email from Utility Bidder… After a scary email from Utility Bidder asking f or £750 for ending my 5 year contract 2 months early (due to house sale), I contacted Pre action to try and resolve. Jasmine was helpful and knowledgeable, listened, and promised to contact them and explain my situation. I just had a call back saying "no further action, case closed". Thankyou for handling this with understanding, and a "human touch" rather than a computer generated monstorous claim from Utility Bidder.

GBI had dealings with Colin Ling for… I had dealings with Colin Ling for about a week regarding an issue that should never have arouse. Colin was very understanding and helped deal with this issue quickly, effectively and also patiently as he heard my verdict on the situation. Thank you Colin.

GBThankyou Colin. After being contacted by this company in regards to an apparent default on my account with a insurance broker ,I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Colin , who listened to my problem and understood what the problem was. Went away for a couple of hours, and has just come back to me saying that the the case has been resolved and closed. My advice if anyone receives a letter from this company, ring them and talk to them, they are there to help. Thankyou once again.
