GBWe had a situation when a Gas contract… We had a situation when a Gas contract didn't go live. Natalie from Pre Action was dealing with the claim and offered a solution to resolve the situation. Being a charity our organization had a process that needed to be followed. Although both parties wanted to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible. Pre Action respected the fact that the process had to be followed which took a couple of months. The finale negotiation with Natalie was handled in a professional and friendly manor with a satisfactory outcome.

GBI would just like to say over the past… I would just like to say over the past couple of months Matthew's customer service has been brilliant he has always been on hand if I needed any help with anything, been very understanding and tried his best to help me when I was in a bad situation...I think I would still be struggling to pay my debt off of it wasn't for him going back and forth trying to help! Thank you for your time and patience it has been very much appreciated :)

GBI can’t recommend these guys enough I can’t recommend these guys enough, very helpful and knowledgeable about how the energy sector works and they’ve recovered much lost revenue from other dodgy brokers activities. (I’m sure you all know what I mean by dodgy activities (COTs))!

GBIt was a big shock to receive an email… It was a big shock to receive an email saying I owe £10.500 to a broker that had refused my contact over a year ago due to bad credit rating !!! But talking to Colin Ling and explaining my reasons and forwounding him emails that I had from Utility-2u ( Broker ) & opus energy. Utility had to back down and close the case. Thanks Colin.
