It was a big shock to receive an email… It was a big shock to receive an email saying I owe £10.500 to a broker that had refused my contact over a year ago due to bad credit rating !!! But talking to Colin Ling and explaining my reasons and forwounding him emails that I had from Utility-2u ( Broker ) & opus energy. Utility had to back down and close the case. Thanks Colin.

Professional and approachable! I would like to acknowledge what a tremendous help Jasmine has been in settling an Energy dispute that we managed to get ourselves into. I have really appreciated all that she done, in a most professional manner, to explain and be totally clear about the situation that we were in. Thanks to her consideration and empathy in difficult circumstances our issue has been resolved and we can move on at last. Thank you!

Scary email from Utility Bidder… After a scary email from Utility Bidder asking f or £750 for ending my 5 year contract 2 months early (due to house sale), I contacted Pre action to try and resolve. Jasmine was helpful and knowledgeable, listened, and promised to contact them and explain my situation. I just had a call back saying "no further action, case closed". Thankyou for handling this with understanding, and a "human touch" rather than a computer generated monstorous claim from Utility Bidder.

I had a problem with two brokers & two… I had a problem with two brokers & two electric company’s & one broker decided to fine me just under 1K for breach of contract, Utility Bidder was used to inform me of this & I contacted them, a really lovely, kind & understanding lady called Emma picked up & she was so helpful & gave me so much advice & helped me fight my corner, today, they dropped the fine & I am beyond greatful, she has a hard job & I treated her with respect as it’s not her fault, I cried & explained everything & she was soo caring & really truly helpful, I don’t know what I would of done without her, they are a brilliant company as far as I’m concerned ♥️

Our church was faced with an unexpected… Our church was faced with an unexpected charge for an unknown unfulfilled contract. Lindsay was very helpful, courteous and patient as we explored the source of the problem. We had to pay the debt but Lindsay negotiated a discount for which we were very grateful. Thank you Lindsay!
