Really unhappy that this company they… Really unhappy that this company they are back ing, the great annual savings company, Who asked me to sign some forms to help save me money, however it was an electric contract. And, now their asking me to pay hundreds of pounds for an electric contract when I had sold the business and hadn’t agreed to. The sales men tricked me to sign a form and now this company not assisting me just trying to make me pay for a contract that I was not aware of. So they’re just out to scam people

Professional and approachable! I would like to acknowledge what a tremendous help Jasmine has been in settling an Energy dispute that we managed to get ourselves into. I have really appreciated all that she done, in a most professional manner, to explain and be totally clear about the situation that we were in. BEFORE anything chat to these people BEFORE anything chat to these people. With months of worrying a simple call to discuss options and the figure agreed was less than I proposed. They DO listen. They are not a con they are legitimate in finding solutions to prevent legal action. After months of worrying a simple 5 minute phone call stopped all of the worry and a significant reduction in cost was arranged. I spoke to Emma and she was so helpful and understanding. Nobody likes being asked money and it can be scary but a chat is worth the time.

Our church was faced with an unexpected… Our church was faced with an unexpected charge for an unknown unfulfilled contract. Lindsay was very helpful, courteous and patient as we explored the source of the problem. We had to pay the debt but Lindsay negotiated a discount for which we were very grateful. Thank you Lindsay!
